Source License

This license sets out how you may use full source code purchased on the Service. You will be asked to confirm it again right before downloading.

1. Nature of the license

• You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
• Copyright and all intellectual property remain with us. No ownership is transferred.

2. What you may do

• Install, operate and modify the software for your own business (including as a company).
• Provide the software to your own customers as a service that you operate.
• Make copies for backup.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute or publish the original or modified source.
• Hand the software over for a third party to install on their own servers (this counts as redistribution).
• Copy it to deliver to other clients.

4. What is delivered

• A repository archive (with commit history, without secrets), a base database dump (schema and seed data, no customer data) and an installation guide.
• We record the SHA-256 hash of the delivered copy and the delivery time.

5. Warranty and support

• The software is provided as described in its listing and demo; fitness for a particular purpose is not warranted.
• Code you modify yourself, or parts repurposed for other uses, are outside support and warranty.
• Regulatory compliance for finance or crypto-related solutions is the responsibility of the operator.
• The scope of updates follows each product listing.

6. Breach

Use beyond this license terminates it and may lead to account suspension and legal action. We keep download records, hashes and consent records as evidence.
